In a breaking news, on April 17th 2009, in the Trial Court of Bangalore, the judge finally passed an order in the matter of ISKCON, Bangalore vs ISKCON Mumbai. He ruled in favor of ISKCON Bangalore Society giving it the ownership to the Hare Krishna Hill and famous temple atop it. He thereby once for all put to rest all allegations of wrong doing or corrupt family dealings among the leadership of ISKCON Bangalore.
This ruling again reiterated the fact that ISKCON Bangalore, under the leadership of Sriman Madhu Pandit Das, is on the path shown by Krishna separate from the corrupt ISKCON Mumbai Society and its GBC leadership. This result will further enhance and deepen the quality of service of all the residents of Hare Krishna Hill to Sri Sri Radha Krishnacandra for the benefit of all humanity without unnecessary influences.
This ruling is further proof that what Krishna promises in the Bhagavad Gita that ” My devotees will never perish”, is hundred percent true even though we may not know His workings most of the time.
Thanks goes to devotees worldwide who stood by the ISKCON Bangalore devotees and their decade long struggle to reinstate Srila Prabhupada in the center of ISKCON inspite of severe hardships.
A message to HH Radhanath Swami, HH Jayaptaka Swami, HH Gopal Krishna Goswami and HH Bhakti Caru Swami: Please take this result, which has come inspite of immense funds sacrificed by you all (to the tune of many millions of dollars) and repeated confident assurances by Doyaram Das as Lord Krishna’s indication that NO ONE CAN DISTURB THE SERVICES OF HIS SINCERE SERVANTS. Hence please desist from further prolonging the case in Bangalore or supporting the dirty cause of Varada Krishna das who is trashing devotees in a tabloid manner through some websites. Please call for an end to all hostilities being undertaken by means of your underlings in Bangalore and let us concentrate on preaching in our own areas and services given to us by Srila Prabhupada. Only pure devotional service rendered for the benefit of the conditioned souls will help us at the time of fast approaching death. Let us preach by our own strenghts depending on Srila Prabhupada and Krishna and then LET THE RESULTS SPEAK.
If the Iskcon bda group continues to fight with Iskcon Bangalore,they will not be called as human beings.

Hopefully, this court case loss, will close this issue for once and all. Let their be two ISKCON’s and let people decide which one is best for them.
Let all the Sannyasis be more transparent in their financial matters. All of them need to disclose their money details, for the benefit of the donors.

I can understand your frustration about this matter. But please understand – Jiva Himsa is only an attempt to bring to light the evil doings of a few people who run madhubandit.info. If you notice, Jiva Himsa is only there to defend the accusations made by those people. It is not slinging mud like the way they are.. No one is accusing Varada Krishna or Doyaram of anything they do in their private lives or where they obtain the money etc.. We are not at all bothered or concerned what they and their masters do in their lives… We are only provoked by the nasty writings on their sites that is seriously damaging the temple’s image.
Shastra says – it is adharma to attack someone, but it is Dharma to protect oneself. Krishna himself asked Arjuna to get up and fight – not go away as it might ruin the image of the Kuru/Pandava dynasty.
Devotees who serve Srila Prabhupada and Krishna must not be cowards. This attack is not a small thing. They are indirectly attacking Srila Prabhupada’s position as Acharya of ISKCON. We must do what ever it takes to protect that – but stay within the limits of what Shastra permits us to do.
Shastra says it is Dharma to protect oneself. – Agreed but it never said, Choose the same path what your opponent is doing.
It could have been said, those devotees were not following the brahmachari rules set by Prabhupad, so we had to remove them.
But this jivahimsa started writing….those devotees visited porn sites in the temple, those devotees had maintained 2 Girl Friends etc.
What was the need? Just tell me, arent you people spoiling your own image by putting stone on that shit?
Its like saying, I was going on the road, one prostitute invited me, I didnt go, she said bad words and questioned my manly nature, So I had to defend myself in front of this world, just to prove that I am right and prove it to the world that I am MAN and what ever that prostitute has said is wrong -So I enjoyed her and its with in the limit of dharma.

Bangalore temple is just a hijacked property, those who did it are just trying to justify it by some fabricated theory. Why did MP prabhu put himself as Life time chairman who can’t be removed, replace by anyone except himself? Why did he file the court case 1st against ISKCON? So why are they bragging of “implementing” DOM?
Every one who has been with him from the early days knows that its just his fight against ISKCON to takeover the temple.

Since Amia Vilas Swami left Bombay ISCON and joined Bangalore ISCON, I got shocked. I consider him as pure devotee of the Lord. Please do not say anything bad about HH Radha Nath Swami as he is next to Lord Krishna.

All ISKCON temple belongs to srila prabhupada, HG MadhuPandit Das is not the owner of this temple,who appointed his as president,first of all who preached him about KC movement, he never seen prabhupada and studied all the materials and speculated an IDEA and preaching that and beliving that as the truth.My question is simple IF HG madhu Pandit is Wrong then what will happen to all is supports and followers.???
Can anyone ever thought of that. You people are blaspheming the direct diciple of sriala prabhupada beware of this and rethink about the consequences.
And if all the GURU’s are wrong then answer is simple, prabhupada personally promised them to take back them to GOLOKA irrespective of there material actions and they will carry there supporters and followers.
